This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the 2nd respondent in interfering with the sale and supply of the petitioner's bio-products.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in the present writ petition in relation to interfering with the sale and supply of the petitioner's bio-products is covered by a common order dated 10.07.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.25293 of 2014 and batch. Learned Government Pleader for Agriculture also submits the same.

Recording the submissions made by both the counsel, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the common order dated 10.07.2014, passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.25293 of 2014 and batch. No order as to costs.

A copy of the common order dated 10.07.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.25293 of 2014 and batch may be tagged to this order.
