This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare (i) G.O.Ms.No.63, dated 02-08-2008, issued by respondent No.1, (ii) Order in Reference No.B/2580/09, dated 17.08.2009, passed by respondent No.2 and (iii) the proceeding in

ID.No.208/2009 on the file of respondent No.5 as illegal and void.

Mr.Salloori Ramesh, learned Counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter, dated 27-10-2015, to the Registry, to list the Writ Petition under the caption 'for withdrawal' as the dispute between the parties was settled out of Court and that a Memorandum of Settlement, dated 16-10-2015, was executed by them. The learned Counsel has also annexed a copy of the said Memorandum to his letter.

At the hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner has reiterated his request.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 30-10-2009, is vacated and WPMP.No.30164 of 2009, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous. ______________________ (C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy, J)
