Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for respondents.

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in insisting the petitioner to engage the Shift Operators as indicated by them in carrying the operation & maintenance including watch and ward work in 33/11 kv substation at Kuntamukkala Village, Vijayawada Town, Krishna District.

3. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that the period of contract of the petitioner expired and there was an extension in favour of the petitioner and that is also coming to an end by 31.07.2015.

4. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition and therefore it is accordingly closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
