THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.11485 of 2015 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader submitted that an order of rejection of the request of the petitioner for grant of development of layout was passed, vide proceedings in Rc.No.C21728/2014 dated 21.04.2015. In view of the same, the cause in this writ petition does not survive. However, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedies as available in law against the decision of the A.P. Capital Region Development Authority, Vijayawada, dated 21.04.2015.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
