The issue raised in this Writ Petition has been settled before the Lok Adalat held by the High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad For the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh, through an award dt.10.09.2016.

Hence, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the said Award passed by the Lok Adalat.
