Before ordering notice, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the lower Court to receive the previous objections and if the same are not properly complied with, the learned Judge is directed to call the said objections at bench and decide the matter by passing an appropriate order for entertaining the claim petition or rejecting the un-numbered claim petition as the case may be, on own merits, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
