Vide present writ petition, petitioner seeks Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in laying and widening the ChittoorPuttur Road over the petitioner's patta land admeasuring Ac.0.09 1⁄2 cents in Survey No.150, 151/3 situated in Peddakalava Village, Gangadhara Nellore Mandal, Chittoor District without acquiring and paying fair compensation as contemplated under the provisions of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (for short 'the Act') and consequently direct the respondents to pay the compensation as contemplated under the Act.

Heard learned counsel for both parties and perused the material placed on record.

Keeping in view the averments made in the writ petition and the submission of learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner from the land in question, if the aforesaid land has not yet been acquired under the land Acquisition Act, 1894 or Act 30 of 2013. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
