Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) These two Writ Petitions arise out of Common Order, dated 20-06-2016, passed by the Andhra

Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal'), whereby it has dismissed OA.No.5088 of along with VMA No.102/2016 and OA.No.5038 of 2015 along with VMA No.100/2016 as infructuous.

After arguing the cases for some time, Mr.Kasa Jagan Mohan Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petitions.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioners is accepted and both the Writ Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petitions, Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, stand disposed of as infructuous.
