Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the transfer petition with liberty to institute a fresh case stating all the facts.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the transfer petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Interim Order granted earlier by this Court stands vacated. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the transfer petition, shall stand closed.
