ORAL ORDER:
Petitioner claims that land in survey No. 17/55 (old survey No.17) to an extent of Ac.3.00, Pulikunta village, Rebbana mandal, Komurambeem Asifabad district was assigned to him vide final patta certificate No. RC No.B/946/88 in the year 1988 and he is absolute owner and possessor of the same. Petitioner claims that he has paid necessary fee and submitted application through Meeseva in prescribed form F-Line on 5.1.2018 to conduct survey and fix the boundaries. Alleging that having received the application, so far no action is taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Photo copy of receipt issued by Meeseva and copy of F-Line application No. DER021800216425 submitted by petitioner dated 5.1.2018 are enclosed at page Nos. 8 and 9 of the paper book. 3.
Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader. With their consent the writ petition is disposed at the stage of admission.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, writ petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar to consider the application for survey in accordance with law and various circular instructions issued by the Commissioner of Survey, Settlements and Land Records, Hyderabad as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions are closed.
