This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in issuing Circular vide letter, dated, 04.07.2013, for terminating the services of the petitioners, who were appointed as Mandal Level Accountants, after undergoing regular selection process, in Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayam (KGBV). 2.

An identical issue was considered by this Court in a batch of cases in W.P.No.8486 of 2012 and batch, dated 15.12.2017, and in view of said order, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the said order.
