Heard Sri D.V.Chalapati Rao, learned counsel for petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and Sri N.Siva Reddy, learned Counsel for 5th respondent.

In this Writ Petition, the petitioner has questioned the action of respondent Nos.1 to 4 in reinstating the 5th respondent as Fair Price shop dealer of shop No.20 of Allipudi village of Kotananduru Mandal, East Godavari District even before completion of proceedings under Section 6A of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (for short "the Act") initiated against her.

Learned counsel for 5th respondent categorically stated that the proceedings under section 6A of the Act against her have not been completed and she has not been reinstated as Fair Price Shop dealer of the said shop.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 has also not disputed this.

Therefore it is clear that the Writ Petition is misconceived since petitioner has not been reinstated as Fair Price Shop Dealer of the said shop as of date.

6. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. No costs.

7. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
