Motukuri Saraswathi, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 6020 OF 2017 ORDER:
This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the 1st petitioner's property and threatening them with dire consequences, if they do not cancel the sale deed registered on 20.7.2015, in order to enable them to register the same in favour of 4th respondent.
Learned Government Pleader received written instructions. It stated that there were civil disputes between petitioners and the 4th respondent in respect of the property bearing No. 3-42, Hamsvaram Village, Tuni Mandal, East Godavari District, for which the 3rd respondent has nothing to do with the allegation of interference and threatening as alleged. It also stated that petitioners sent a representation dated 10.2.2017 to the Superintendent of Police, East Godavari District, and the matter was entrusted to the Inspector of Police, Tuni Rural Circle. The said representation revealed that there were civil disputes between the petitioners and the 4th respondent and no complaint was received either from the petitioner or from the 4th respondent by him. In view of the said instructions, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
