THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.9185 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, an order vide R.O.P.No.593/2018-A4, dated 12.03.2018 is placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development (AP).

A perusal of the said order shows that the District Panchayat Officer passed the said order cancelling the earlier orders and withdrawing the cheque power. In the said order, so far as the general funds are concerned, the petitioner herein is given complete power and insofar as the funds of 14th Finance Commission are concerned, the petitioner is authorised to draw the funds, along with the counter signature of the Mandal Parishad Development Officer, Kovvuru. Learned counsel for the petitioner says that even the said arrangement is illegal and arbitrary to the extent of 14th Finance Commission funds.

In view of the above developments, the writ petition is disposed of, keeping it open to the petitioner herein to avail the remedies available to her, consequent to the issuance of the proceedings, dated 12.03.2018.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
