COMMON ORDER:
Heard.
2. Petitioners in these writ petitions seek grant of pattadar passbooks and title deeds and question the inaction of respondent No.2. Petitioners state that they have made appropriate applications under Form 6A as early as on 25.03.2013, by complying with the requirements of the Rules, and that in spite of lapse of more than one year, the said applications have not been scrutinised and the pattadar passbooks are not being issued.
3. It is evident from the record that petitioners' applications are pending
from 25.03.2013 and any further delay in consideration and disposal of the said applications cannot, therefore, be approved.
4. Hence, both the writ petitions are disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider petitioners' applications, in accordance with law, and pass appropriative orders within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
