ORDER:

There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 06.07.2017. Even though the matter is listed along with W.P.(TR).No.962 of 2017 under the caption of 'dismissal', today also there is no representation. By separate order, W.P.(TR) No.962 of 2017 is dismissed for non-prosecution, as petitioner is not evincing any interest. Aggrieved by the interim order, respondent filed vacate petition. Thus, it is not a case where Court should initiate proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, against the respondents. Contempt Case (TR) is accordingly closed.

Miscellaneous petitions if any pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
