THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO.8335 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed alleging that respondents 3 and 4 are trying to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioners' property in Survey No.223, Banavasi Village, Yemmiganur Mandal, Kurnool District over an extent of Acs.8.30 cents land of each petitioner out of total extent of Acs.16.60 cents. 2.

In the counter affidavit filed by the fourth respondent, Tahsildar, at paragraph No.6, it is categorically asserted that the respondents are not interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject property.

In view of the same, as no further orders are required, the Writ Petition is disposed of recording the same. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
