Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to approach Mandal Revenue Officer (MRO) to pursue their remedies in accordance with law.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioners to approach MRO concerned to pursue their remedies in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
