HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE Writ Petition No.33634 OF 2010 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to address the Court as he has no instructions.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that in view of the subsequent change in the policy, the writ petition has rendered infructuous. That seems to be the reason why the petitioner is not coming forward to give instructions to his Advocate. Hence, I am constrained to dismiss this writ petition for nonprosecution with liberty to the petitioner to apply for its restoration, if the cause survives within a period of four weeks from today. Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed. No costs.
