Heard Sri Ashok Goud Ponnam, learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Agriculture (Telangana) appearing for the respondents.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of grievance of the petitioner herein, the petitioner submitted a representation to respondent No.3 herein on 26.04.2017 but no action has been taken on the said representation despite lapse of considerable length of time. Eventually, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct respondent No.3 to verify the said representation and to take appropriate action strictly in accordance with law.

Having regard to the said submission, without expressing any opinion on merits in the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.3 to verify the representation, dated 26.04.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
