HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.68 of 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw O.P.No.1187 of 2010 from the file of the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar, and transfer the same to the file of Senior Civil Judge, Jagityala, Karimnagar District, for disposal in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition and he also filed a letter dated 27.07.2015 to that effect before the Registry.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded and the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
