The case of the petitioner is that she submitted application for regularization of her plot in Survey No.283, admeasuring Sq.Yds, situated at Abdullapurmet, Hayatnagar Mandal, R.R.District under G.O.Ms.No.59, dated 30.12.2014, by paying an amount of Rs.94,000/- through Demand Draft No.318417, drawn on Andhra Bank, Moosrambagh, dated 19.02.2015. As the 3rd respondent did not regularize her plot even after lapse of one year the petitioner submitted representation dated 09.05.2016 to the 2nd respondent for regularization. As the same is not being disposed of, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Since the representation of the petitioner dated 09.05.2016 is stated to be pending, the competent authority is directed to dispose of the said representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
