This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioner-accused No.3 under Section 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.15 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Mothugudem Police Station, East Godavari district registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8 (c) r/w 20 (b) (ii) (c) of NDPS Act. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded.

In the result, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
