THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2127 of 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitutionof India, challenging the order dated 12.02.2018 passed in I.A.No.41 of 2018 in O.S.No.850 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the VIII Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy district at L.B. Nagar. At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law, including filing of fresh application. Permission is accorded.

In the result, granting the liberty as sought for, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
