ORDER:- (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 22.03.2004 in O.A.No.6259 of 2002 on the file of Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short, " the Tribunal" ).

2. Sri P. Amarender, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the cause in the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
