HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.890 OF 2015 ORDER:

The writ prayer is enthusiastic and exemplary and intended to prevent breach of terms of a lease deed. This Court is dissuaded from entering into the thicket of the controversy. Suffice to place on record the stand of learned standing counsel that the present efforts of respondents to secure premises on lease for establishment or continuation of L.I.C. branch of Gadwal is subject to the agreed terms and conditions in the lease deed dated 27.05.2011. It is stated that the agreement provides for termination of relationship during the subsistence of the lease period and it shall not be presumed that the respondents will act contrary to the agreed terms. The submission is placed on record and the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
