B/O tk 13.12.2023 KS,J I.A.NO.1 OF 2023 This application is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner by this Court in Crl.P.No.3752 of 2023 vide order dated 24.04.2023.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is currently working in Mumbai, Maharashtra and has to visit different sites. Therefore, petitioner is facing difficulty to appear before the concerned Police on every Monday between 10.30am and 12pm till filing of final report; and as such seeks relaxation of the said condition.

In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.3752 of dt.24.04.2023, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the investigating authorities, as and when required.
