This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioner's representations dated 27.02.2014, 14.06.2016 and 26.05.2017 for incorporating her name in the revenue records in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.5-00 in Survey No.31/1 and Ac.4-94 cents in Survey Nos.48/10, 11, 12, 13, and 30/3 and 4, totally admeasuring Ac.9-74 cents, situated at Kunkumapudi village, Venkatachalam Mandal, SPSR Nellore District.

This Court noticed that the petitioner merely filed the application for incorporating her name in the revenue records. But, she did not follow the procedure prescribed under the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act. If the petitioner wants incorporation of her name in the revenue records, she has to file an appropriate application in Form VI A of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act.
