HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO C.C.No.484 of 2017 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondents had considered representation dt.30-12-2014 and had even released part of the amount claimed by the petitioner and seeks leave of the Court to proceed against the respondents for recovery of the balance amount in an appropriate forum.

Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail other remedy in regard to the balance amount claimed by the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
