HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.19619 of 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: "to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not consider the case of the petitioner for the psot of Radio Mechanic in the process of selection to be held on 6.10.2002 is illegal, bad, arbitrary and contrary to the dicta laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court and consequently direct the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner appointment to the post of Radio Mechanic along with other candidates and pass such other order or orders, as may deem fit and proper."

This Court, on 04.10.2002, while admitting the writ petition, directed the 1st respondent to consider the case of the petitioner for the post of 'Radio Mechanic'.
