THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.8409 of 2018 ORDER:

The only grievance of the petitioners in the present Writ Petition is the inaction on the part of the 3rd respondent in taking action pursuant to the letter Rc.No.1935/2008-B, Dated 15.11.2017, of the Assistant Director, Handlooms and Textiles, Kakinada. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioners herein submitted a representation to the District Collector on 22.01.2018 for redressal of their grievances.

Having heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition with a direction to the respondents No.2 and 3 to take further action pursuance to the letter Rc.No.1935/2008B, Dated 15.11.2017, of the Assistant Director, Handlooms and Textiles, Kakinada, as expeditiously as possible. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
