This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ plaintiff, challenging the docket order, dated 01.04.2019, passed in CFR No.2982 of 2018 by the Senior Civil Judge, Shadnagar, Mahabubnagar District, whereby, seven days time was granted to the petitioner/ plaintiff to comply with the office objections, dated 16.11.2018.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ plaintiff and perused the record.

Having argued for some time, the learned counsel for the petitioner/ plaintiff would submit that vide order, dated 01.04.2019, the Court below returned the suit granting seven days time to the petitioner/ plaintiff to comply with the office objections, dated16.11.2018. In fact, the petitioner/ plaintiff had complied with all the objections and re-submitted the suit on 22.11.2018. However, he has not made an endorsement to call the matter on the Bench while re-submitting the suit. Now the petitioner undertakes that he will file an application before the Court below seeking enlargement of time with a request to call the matter on the Bench for determining the subject matter on the judicial side.

In view of the above submission, in the event of the petitioner/ plaintiff filing an application before the Court below seeking enlargement of time with a request to call the matter on Bench for determining the subject matter on judicial side, the Court below is directed to consider the same and determine the subject matter on judicial side, in accordance with law.

With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.

The Registry is directed to return the original material papers to the learned counsel for the petitioner/ plaintiff on proper identification and acknowledgement.
