HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 10.06.2013 rejecting his application for appointing him as Notary. As there is no bar in submission of fresh application, learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave of the Court to submit a fresh application duly taking note of earlier objections.

Granting such liberty, Writ Petition is disposed of. It is needless to observe that as and when application is made, the Commissioner and Inspector General of Registration and Stamps, shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law within a period of four weeks thereafter.
