B/O tk I.A.NO.3 OF 2022 This application is filed seeking to relax the following condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.P.3759 of 2023 dt.27.04.2023:- "The petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2 shall remain at Hyderabad till conclusion of trial proceedings. They shall report before the Station House Officer, Central Crime Station, Hyderabad on every Monday, between 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. till completion of trial proceedings."

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the due to the condition imposed by this Court the business activities of the petitioner have become standstill as the trial proceedings of the crime are in a different town and business activities are in some other place.

In the said circumstances, the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner in Crl.P.3759 of
