Sri N. Subba Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy as available in law as and when cause of action arises.

Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for by the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
