ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in not sending the Last Pay Certificate (LPC) of the petitioner to the 2nd Respondent's office as illegal,
arbitrary, unconstitutional and consequently direct the Respondents to send the Last Pay Certificate of the petitioner and pay the salaries to the petitioner from 01.01.2011 to till date."
Sri Ch.Satish Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, has addressed letter, dated 14.10.2015, to the Registry, wherein it is stated that his client is intending to withdraw the writ petition as the respondents are willing to settle the dispute outside the Court subject to liberty being given to him to file a fresh writ petition if the same is required. At the hearing, the learned counsel has reiterated the said request. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.12531 of 2013 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
