Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner has questioned order dt.14.09.2015 passed by the 3rd respondent canceling the petitioner's Fair Price Shop Dealership authorization before th 2nd respondent by way of an appeal along with a stay application on 03.10.2015 and that till date the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders in the stay application in the said appeal.

2. The Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will decide the stay application in the appeal filed by the petitioner on 03.10.2015 within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and he will also decide the appeal within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the stay application in the appeal filed by the petitioner on 03.10.2015 within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and he shall also decide the appeal within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
