THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION Nos.44772 of 2016 and 6318 of 2017 COMMON ORDER:

Writ Petition No.6318 of 2017 is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not taking action on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 08.08.2016. The 8th respondent therein and another filed W.P.No.44772 of 2016 challenging the proceedings, dated 03.12.2016, issued by the 3rd respondent pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioner in W.P.No.6318 of 2017. 2.

Though counter-affidavit is filed by the 3rd respondent in W.P.No.44772 of 2016, it is not necessary to deal with the same in view of subsequent developments.

Learned counsel appearing for the 8th respondent in W.P.No.44772 of 2016 states that pursuant to the enquiry conducted by the authorities, the licence of petitioners' were cancelled. The said statement was made in the presence of learned counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the cancellation of licence issued in favour of the petitioners, no further adjudication is necessary in both these writ petitions. It is open to the petitioners to take appropriate steps, if they have any other grievance against the order of cancellation. 5.
