Ms.S.Madhavi, learned counsel representing Sri C.Raghu, learned counsel for the petitioner-Committee, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to the members of the petitioner-Committee to individually file separate cases in accordance with law. Sri Nimmagadda Venkateswarlu, learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent-Municipality, states that he has no objection. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed in the light of this final order.
