Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.
Aggrieved by the order of Tahsildar, Visakhapatnam (R), passed under Section 7 (1) of the Inams (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1956 holding the subject land as Endowment land, petitioner preferred appeal before the Commissioner (Appeals), CCLA Office, Hyderabad. The Commissioner assigned appeal numbers as 589 and 590 of 2005. Alleging that the said appeals are kept pending causing hardship and suffering to the petitioner, this writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader also submits that for some reasons the appeals could not be disposed of and if reasonable time is granted the Commissioner (Appeals) will dispose of the appeals.

Having regard to the submissions made, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Commissioner of Appeals to consider the appeals and dispose of the same, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as 4th respondent. There shall be no order as to costs.
