THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE G. CHANDRAIAH AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.21324 of 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Challa Kodanda Ram) This writ petition is filed questioning the cancellation of the registration granted under Value Added Tax.

Matter came up for admission on 14-07-2015 and the learned Government Pleader had taken time for instructions. When the matter is listed today, on instructions, learned Government Pleader submits that the registration granted in favour of the petitioner, which was cancelled on 28-02-2015, has been restored.

Inasmuch as the relief prayed for in the writ petition has been granted by the officials themselves, no further orders are required.

Recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition

shall stand closed.
