Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. The petitioners are the absolute owners and possessors of land admeasuring Acs.7.78 cents situated in Survey Nos.79/3A, 79/3B, 80/1, 80/2, 80/3, 81/1A, 81/1B and 82/1 of Rachapatnam Village, Kaikaluru Mandal, Krishna District. They wanted to convert the said land for aqua culture purpose. Accordingly, they submitted their application on 10.07.2014 under the provisions of G.O.Ms.No.7, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Fisheries (Fish.II) Department, dated 16.03.2013 and as the same is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed.

3. Since the application filed by the petitioner was of 10.07.2014, this Court feels it appropriate to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to consider the application of the petitioners in accordance with the provisions of the above Government Order and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

4. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 15th June, 2015 cbs
