THE HON,BLE DT. JUSTICE D.NAGARJUN CRIMINAL PETITION No.3199 OF 2O2O ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure by the petitioners-accused Nos.I to 4 to quash the proceedings initiated against them in Crime No.78 of 2O2O of Miryalaguda I Town Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offences under Sections 326, 323,504 of the Indian Penal Code.
2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2-de facto complainant is present.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No. 1-State has submitted that during \ \ pendency of this criminal petition, the Police concerned ..
have completed the investigation and filed charge-sheet ) and the same was taken on lile by the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Miryalaguda, and numbered as C.C.No.490 of 2022. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has filed a cop,v of letter dated 30.08.2022 addressed by
the Sub-Inspector of Police, Miryalaguda I Town Police Station, Na-Igonda District, to the Public Prosecutor of the High Court to substantiate the same.

In vievl of the above submission, since entire investigation is completed and charge sheet is also filed, the very purpose of filing the criminal petition to quash Crime No.78 o{ 2O2O of Miryalaguda I Town Poiice Station, Nalgonda District, is defeated and thereby the Criminal Petition has become infructuous and liable to be dismissed.
