THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.2093 of 2012 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed complaining inaction on the part of the respondents in complying with the order, dated 15.02.2012 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.33741 of 2011.

This Court while disposing of the Writ Petition by order, dated 15.02.2012, permitted the petitioner to file representation before the second respondent - District Collector, YSR District, Kadapa, within a period of three months and directed the second respondent to consider the same within a period of three months thereafter.

Today, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the second respondent passed order, dated 07.09.2012 itself stating that the case of the petitioner for inclusion of his name in the seniority list for providing employment under displaced persons quota cannot be considered and as per the scheme, consideration of the displaced persons under the quota would be available only for the people who have filed applications on or before 18.09.2006. Inasmuch as pursuant to the order of this Court, definite consideration was made and an order was

passed on 07.09.2012 itself, it can be said that nothing survives in this Contempt Case.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
