HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.10303 of 2019 ORDER:

The prayer of the petitioners in this case reads as under:- "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in considering and disposing of the representations of the petitioners dated 28.3.2019 objecting for changes in the revenue records to incorporate names of 3rd parties without following due procedure in respect of land admeasuring Acs.47.00 in Sy.Nos.137/1 to 137/9 situated at Chunchupally Revenue Village, Chunchupally Mandal, Bhadradri-Kothagudem District, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and consequently direct respondent Nos.2 to 4 to consider and dispose of the representations dated 28.3.2019 and to pass such other order or orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Though the petitioners appear to have made a representation on 28.3.2019 to the Tahsildar, Kothagudem, Bhadradri-Kothagudem District, complaining that the three-named individuals therein might tamper with the records, the cause title in this Writ Petition shows that only one out of the three has been impleaded as a party respondent. Further, no material is placed before this Court in support of the claim of the petitioners that the subject land is their ancestral property and that they have inherited it by succession. There is no indication of the names of their predecessors-in-title, if any, figuring in the revenue records.

In the light of the above facts, it is clear that the Writ Petition is actuated by a mere apprehension and no material is placed before this Court either in support of the petitioners' claim or in support of their apprehension that the unofficial respondents and others may

SK, J WP.No.10303 of 2019 Dt:03.6.2019 seek mutation of the subject land in their favour. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as premature. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
