This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is Rled by the petitioner/A. 1 seeking to quash the proceedings against her in Crime No.629/2018 of Chanda Nagar Police Station, registered for the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 506 IPC.

Heard. Perused the record.

3. In the course of submissions, it is brought to notice of this Court by the learned Assistant Public prosecutor that investigation in the subject crime was completed, charge-sheet has been filed before the Court concerned and Calendar Case number is assigned.

4. Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Petition.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous, However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out the remedies available u nder law.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
