THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.ABHISHEK REDDY WRIT PETITION No.11818 of 2020 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. This writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of the respondent No.4-Tahsildar in disposing the representation, dated 30.03.2019, submitted by the petitioner seeking certain corrections in Pass Book No.T08110020974.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner made a representation on 30.03.2019 to the respondent No.4-Tahsildar seeking certain corrections in Pass Book No.T08110020974. However, no orders are passed thereon till date. Hence, he seeks a direction to respondent No.4 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, at the earliest. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, states that due to present pandemic situation and the subsequent lockdown, the representation, dated 30.03.2019, submitted by the petitioner could not be disposed of and seeks some time for passing necessary orders on the said representation.

In view of the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, Nizampet Mandal, Medak District, to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner on 30.03.2019 and pass necessary orders thereon, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of

WP No.11818 of 2020 AAR,J receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to mention that the respondent No.4 before passing any orders shall put the petitioners as well as any other interested persons on notice and give them an opportunity of hearing. A copy of the order passed by the respondent No.4 will be communicated to the parties. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
