The grievance of the petitioner is that she is the owner of agricultural land to an extent of Ac.1.71 cents in Sy.No.504/2B in Telluru Village, Thondur Mandal, Kadapa District and the petitioner dug bore well in the said land on 08-2-2017, but that bore well was not yielded water again on the same day, she dug other bore well and applied for power connection on 22-02-2017 to the 3rd respondent. But the 3rd respondent objected for using of bore well. On that, the petitioner made representations on 16-03-2017 and 22-03-2017 seeking permission for using the existing bore well and the Village Revenue Officer, Telluru also issued No Objection for granting power supply to the bore well dug by the petitioner and the 3rd sent a letter on 27-03-2017 to the Assistant Engineer, A.P.

TRANSCO, Thonduru not to provide power connection without assigning any valid reason. Again on 15-04-2017 and 17-04-2017 the petitioner made representations to the 3rd respondent to grant bore well permission for agricultural use.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that in similar circumstances, this Court in WP.No.39725 of 2012 directed the authorities to consider the application seeking permission of the competent authority to use the bore well, which has already been dug.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the representations filed by the petitioner and take action accordingly. Said exercise shall be done within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
