THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.8396 of 2018 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that she is working as Field Assistant in Chowdarpally Grampanchayat, Mahaboobnagar Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District and though the petitioner is working continuously, information about her performance for the years 2014-2015, 2015-2016 is not being forwarded to the 2nd respondent by respondents 4 and 5. Smt.Padma Rekha, Standing Counsel appearing for the 4th respondent and Sri G.Narender Reddy, Standing Counsel appearing for the 5th respondent state that respondents 4 and 5 will forward said information to the 2nd respondent, if not already forwarded within six weeks from today.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 4 and 5 to forward the performance details of the petitioner for the years 20142015 and 2015-2016 to the 2nd respondent, if not already forwarded within six weeks from today.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
