RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.10184 of 2019 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice) Sri Vedula Venkataramana, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, informs this Court that the detenu, Mr.N.S.Ayyangar, has been arrested for the offence under Section 132(1) of the Central Goods and Services Act, 2017. He has been produced before the Special Judge for Economic Offences, Nampally, Hyderabad, who has remanded him to custody for fourteen days from 03.05.2019 till 16.05.2019. Therefore, this case has become infructuous.

The position stated by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner has not been challenged by the learned counsel for the respondents.

Therefore, this Writ Petition is hereby dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner shall be free to pursue any other legal remedies available to him, in accordance with law. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
